FAQs
On price and value
Is £40 a lot for a cap? It's a lot for a cap. It's fair for a small-batch, premium-constructed cap built to be worn for years rather than replaced every season. Most of our customers aren't comparing us to a £15 cap — they're comparing us to buying three cheap ones over the next three years.
Why not just buy from New Era or a sportswear brand? Those brands are built for logos and licensing. We're built around one thing: a single historic symbol, done properly.
On fit and quality
Will it fit me? One-size, adjustable from 55cm to 62cm head circumference, fits most adult sizes.
Will the embroidery look cheap or fade? No — we use high-density embroidery specifically because flat, thin stitching is what makes most caps look cheap.
Will it fade or the embroidery unravel over time? Every design is stitched—not printed—for long-lasting quality. The embroidery is built to retain its detail and withstand everyday wear.
What if I don't suit hats? Fair concern — that's exactly what our guarantee is for. See our returns policy below.
On production and scarcity
How many are actually made? Each design is produced in a small, limited run of 50 per design — We don't restock the same run once it sells out.
Is the limited run just a marketing gimmick? No — small batches are what let us maintain the quality level we want. Mass production means cutting corners somewhere. We'd rather cut the run size than cut the quality.
On identity and meaning
Is this political or nationalist? No. ORGNS isn't about making a statement — it's about belonging. Where you grew up, where your family's from, what shaped you. No slogans, no politics, just the symbol.
Returns
Can I return it? Yes — if it's not right, you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund or exchange, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping is on us if there's a fault; otherwise it's covered by the customer. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.
